The Bodybuilding Lifestyle/About Me

I have currently been bodybuilding for about 5 years now. I made a life decision at the age of 14 that I was going to be a bodybuilder someday. I always knew I was going to be huge. I just didnt know when I was going to start. I started lifting around the age of 19. Then around age 20 is when I got serious and started lifting as much weight as I could.

I have always had a passion for bodybuilding and have always wanted to become huge. It has kept me strong through all the years. The motivation. The power. The rush that you get from lifting is like no other. 'You push it all the way to the very end till the last rep.' Knowing that going to the gym will keep you strong. For all the life circumstances that I have had to go through. All the sacrifices you take knowing that this choice will carry you through life!

Although this page is partly about me. It is for others also. So those of you who are listening. This is a road that will keep you going.

Also I have been extensively researching on the human body for about 3 years now. For the past 3 years I have learned alot. I have full studies in the heart muscle, brain, chemicals in the brain, digestive system, reproductive system/hypertrophy. Here on this site you will find facts and information all on human health, bodybuilding, and fitness.
